The entire team from Art du scrapbooking & Bar à billes in Terrebonne, Quebec, is proud to announce their first Weekend Crop. It will be held in the beautiful Lanaudière region and includes 2 nights in a relaxing inn offering an indoor pool, steam bath, dry and steam sauna as well as five (5) interior and exterior hot tubs.
By yourself or with other scrapbooking friends, spoil yourself with a fun and relaxing scrapbooking retreat at the Auberge du Vieux Moulin, located in Sainte-Émilie-de-L’Énergie, in the Lanaudière region, 90 minutes away from Montreal.
We offer an enchanting riverside location, with single- or multiple-occupancy rooms, at the inns or in chalets. The site is surrounded with marked hiking trails and, on the balconies, four exterior hot tubs are waiting to be enjoyed. Fireplaces, private lounges and even a poolroom are at your disposal to play and unwind. The inn, as well as the two chalets, are at our complete disposal for the entire weekend.
The chef and owner of the inn, Mr. Yves Marcoux, who taught at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec during 16 years, will cook up some exquisite dishes to delight your taste buds. In these highly gastronomical surroundings, only food is treated with more care than the customers!

Payment terms
- Non-refundable $75 deposit is required upon registration
- Complete payment is required on September 22, 2010, at the latest
- At time of registration, you must specify whether you prefer a room at the inn or in one of the chalets.
- If possible, provide the names of the people sharing your room at the time of registration.
- You must mention if you agree to share your bed with another participant as well as the name of this person.
Choice of rooms
- The choice of rooms is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- For your convenience, all your scrapbooking material can remain in the crop room on the second floor. An access ramp is provided.
- You will have a choice between rooming at the inn or in one of the 2 chalets.
- Once your registration is completed, you will receive a detailed program of activities, meals and theme for the weekend by e-mail.
- Everything you need to stimulate your creativity.
- An on-site shop for all your scrapbooking needs.
- A well-lit crop room.
- Gifts, door prizes and contests throughout the weekend.
- On-site workshop including a Cricut machine, Cuttlebug and several dies, punches and other tools.
What do I need to bring?
- Your scrapbooking supplies.
- If possible, a small table lamp, including an extension cord.
- Don’t forget your PHOTOS!!!
- You must have your own cutting mat for use with the Cricut machine.
- For those rooming in the chalets, you must bring your own bedding and towels.
- Don’t forget to plan your meal for Friday evening.
